Well this is really nice news.  Nathan Fout of Mommy&#8217;s Best Games just pointed us to an update on his game for October&#8217;s Numbers theme, Shoot 1Up.  Since October he has developed it into a full-fledged shooter, which he will be releasing in January 2010 on Xbox Live Indie Games.
