Post IT Shooter, by Petri Purho. There are invaders from space made of post it notes. You have to shoot em up. Use the arrow keys to move and space to shoot.

Well, that was interesting :D
Still, it wasn’t all too enjoyable. The sticky notes weren’t awesome enough to offset the easiness.

I really like this game. I fail to see the innovation in the gameplay but the graphics is really interesting.

I like this game too and I’m not just cheering up my fellow-countryman. The graphics were intuitive and successful, although the gameplay was not. Still, the graphics are enough and wasn’t the title of this competition “unexperimental shooter”?

What Nerl said. The aliens die if you hit one of the light coloured post-its. As most aliens only have one post-it one front of one of those they can be destroyed without you having to dodge a single bullet/laser thingy.

Unquie. But i didn’t enjoy playing it, sorry.
Also, some games on the site ( Older ones ) asks for a program to open it, it doesn’t mention wich – Any idea why?
The file extension is .exe, they do not come in a zip.

I realy like the way you made the stickers effects. Not much from gameplay but I like it.

Try 7zip. 7zip makes zips that are .exe.

You’ll shoot your eye out!
Very stylish, but it lacks the feeling of accomplishing something.
For a high score, try flying behind the aliens, then flying *into* them and shooting them in the eye.

I found myself playing longer than I had expected because the combination of the music and visuals. Highly entertaining to watch and listen to.

It’s a nice concept and i must say u really did the theme of this month credit since u used Space invaders and that old arcade game with the rooms where u are this robot and have to shoot the zombies in those rooms (can’t recall the name right now but that’s what the little IT-guy made me think of).
As for the gameplay indeed after a while it becomes a little bit dull to hold the spacebar and dodge a bit. Being a retro gamer myself i don’t really mind and still enjoy it. But i understand why others don’t like it that much.
PS: Loved the music, it’s hilarious!
