Games of Yesteryear Now Up

July 5th, 2009

Smells like indie spirit

If you came to the site looking for new, fabulous games – you’re in luck!  If you came looking for old, amazing, games – you’re also in luck!

Behold the games of yesteryear (or more specifically 2005).  These original beauties represent the work and toil of many sleepless weeks – back in the hey day of the Experimental Gameplay Project.  The days when a midnight pot of coffee was completely normal, and rapid prototyping was not a catch-phrase.

Some are good, some are bad, some are cruel, cruel failures, and some are gems that moved on to bigger and better things!  Enjoy!

Hi! I love the project, and I’d like to play some of old experimental-gameplay games. Do you have full archive? Do I have a chance to download it somewhen?

Hi Kindyak! We’re still in the process of getting a lot of the old games back up and will be adding them back to the “Games” page.

We’ll be announcing a new theme at the beginning of the month – at which point you’ll have 7 days to make a game. Just send us the link!
